1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Safety Simple ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Safety Simple provides Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting and support services for contractors with 50-250 employees. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • EHS documentation packages (policies, forms, inspections)
  • Online Learning Management System (LMS) training
  • 24/7 phone and video support for emergencies
  • Virtual support for OSHA inspections and mediations
  • Third-party site management (ISNetworld, Avetta, Browz)
  • On-site visits and audits
  • Claims review assistance
  • Environmental plans and documentation

3. Service Fees and Payment

Our services are provided at the rates agreed upon during your consultation. Current pricing starts at $500/month for comprehensive EHS support. Payment terms:

  • Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Insurance Coverage

All Safety Simple services are backed by $2,000,000 in errors and omissions insurance. This coverage protects you in the event that any issues arise from our EHS guidance or documentation. Details of coverage will be provided in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business operations
  • Implement the EHS policies and procedures we develop together
  • Notify us promptly of any incidents, inspections, or compliance issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials we provide
  • Pay all fees in accordance with your service agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive EHS guidance, Safety Simple is not liable for any damages arising from your failure to implement our recommendations, inaccurate information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our errors and omissions insurance or the fees paid for services, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, training content, and documentation provided by Safety Simple remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use these materials for your business operations only. You may not resell, distribute, or share our materials with third parties without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all business information you share with us. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become due immediately
  • Your access to our LMS and online resources will be revoked
  • You may retain copies of documentation created for your business
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
